How It Works

Our system allows for a seamless brand experience. Your merchandise store will be themed around your main website for branding consistency. Once set up, we will give you a link to your brand’s merchandise store that you can connect to your website. From there here is how the process works.

We process the order


Order is shipped to the customer


You receive 25% of the order cost (paid out monthly)

So, how does this work?

Q: How much does this service cost to set up?
A: Nothing. We build your e-commerce store out, add your selected products, and make your store live.
Q: Are their monthly maintenance costs?
A: Generally, no. If your store averages a minimum of $500 in sales per month on a 3-month rolling schedule, there are no monthly maintenance costs. If your store does not meet the minimum sales volume, a $150 monthly charge is applied.
Q: What if we would like to sell items you do not list as available items?
A: Let us know if there is something special you would like to offer your customers. We will make it happen.
Q: Who manages returns? Do we have to process those and store the returned items?
A: We manage all returns. You never have to become involved in the returns process.
Q: How are we paid our 25%?
A: Monthly payments are mailed out or electronically transferred monthly.
Q: Can our team order branded apparel from our store? If so, is there a discount for our team members?
A: Yes, we provide a 30-40% discount code based on the item for your team to use. These discount codes are specific to employee and are to only be used by that employee.
Q: How do we promote this to our customers?
A: We will provide you with a link that can be added to your existing website. Additionally, if you request them, we can provide you with a card that can be given to customers that links them directly to your store to shop. If our sister company, Waypoint Branding, is working with your customer, we actively market your store to your customer base using different advertising techniques.
